Why is my relationship with my own vassals negative?

How longer I wait, how worse my relationship with my own vassals become! Why becomes my relationship more and more negative with my own vassals?!

There was a recent thread about relations with vassals that covers everything.

Some lords are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Other lords will dislike you for giving fiefs to those that aren't their friends.

To fix it, hold feasts, do quests and other things to raise relations.

""my relationship with my own vassals"" that's mean you're the King right?
1. Vassals donot have any fief, relationship with them will drop every week.
Give at least a village to a Vassal will stop the drop temporarily.
Feast will raise relationship with some of them temporarily. (Some of them may not come) For those who have no fief relationship with them will still drop every week.
Vassals having a very high -ve relationship usually will leave your Kingdom any minute, donot give them castle/town. Give them a village to stop the drop or let them leave automatically.
2. Giving a fief to any Vassal will also decrease relationship with some of them-------jealous.
Honourable Lords will not decrease relationship so easily if they have a fief.
***We need a good balancing skill to keep our Lords. Hire only honourable Lords will made the situation more easy to control.

But, I have currently castles and towns for myself. But I don't see any option to give a village to my vassals.

Go to your capital, you'll find a minister there, talk to him to give a Lord a fief, (you can do some more things) . It is better to replace him with one of your hero. (recruit a new hero and appoint him as your minister)

There is no option to talk about fiefs, man. Is it because my fiefs are currently mine property?

Replace your minister with a hero first. Then leave your capital and go in again, talk to your NEW minister. You can first replace him with one of your hero in hand and after you've recruit a new hero, replace your old hero back.

Talk to your Old minister, ask him to retire.

???? you donot have any hero with you !!! Visit towns and look for heros inside the tavern.

Yeha, i found one. problem is fixed. Now my vassals are lords of towns. Will my vassals build improvements to my towns too?

NO. Just remind you that, donot give a castle/town to those who have -ve relationship with you. When they rebel, they will take away tour castle/town with them.
Look for some honourable Lords to join you, give them castles/towns/villages.
Feast can increase relationship with some of your Lords, but you need to look for your other half first.
Recruit some more heros, they are very very very useful.
