It says that the Imperial Radiant armor is unlocked for CKO use after beating Aetherlderian whatever his name is for the 2nd time and picking his Qualis gem both times. I have beaten him four times now and still no unlock. How do I get it?

I cannot remember any equipment that is unlocked in such a manner. Usually, the equipment unlocks when you explicitly bargain for it, or when you let the captives go in exchange for diamonds not Qualis gems.

Also, Aeldarian unlocks Noldor equipment. I do not remember getting Radiant Armor in Pendor, but if I were to look for it, I would try to catch unique enemies associated with the Empire, not pointy eared bastards.

Sila, maybe? He has Shadow gear, I remember this much.

Since 3.9.0, he will unlock different gear than Ithilrandir, this being:

Noldor Rune Armor
Noldor Knight Helm
Noldor Enchanted Shield
Imperial Radiant Cross Plate

Edit : Upon rereading it a few times I think that means it only unlocks it for 3.9.0 and not versions after it.

I will try finding him. I know I fought him once but did not choose the unlock option as I was farming Qualis gems at the time. Thank you.
