[Perisno] how to get Separator?

So I was poking around the cheat menu and saw this weapon called the Separator. I want to use it for my normal (non cheat) playthrough but I can’t find it. The wiki only covers legendary weapons, and it is not considered one despite it doing just as much damage, requiring just as much if not more strength to wield and even giving you the ability to lob off heads. Is it a cheat menu only item or is their a way to get it legit?

I've never seen it in game, so it may be something that a specific, non-human troop gets.

I don't know about the seperator.

But I found a scorpion(another rare non merchant weapon) at the mystic merchant.

I THINK the seperator could be a rare find in his stash.
