What is the console command to force peace?

I started a war and became my own Empire when I took a castle, its been months now and the enemy dosent want to have peace. All the enemy does is sit in a near by castle and run to my castle to start a seige, then when I ride close they run all the way back and sit inside their castle. Its made the game unfun and annoying. Im about to delet this game honestly.

Siege their castle and have them sally out so you can defeat a large part of their force on even ground. Then finish up the rest of their forces in the siege. Alternatively you could break the siege and see if they follow you. Then you can defeat them. Alternatively alternatively, don’t chase them down, let them siege your castle until they either get bored and leave or invade in which you can defeat them on the high ground

Also there is no console command to force surrender. Since you seem fine with console commands and cheating, teleport to the lords (ctl-left click on map) and fight them. Use ctl shift f4 to knock the entire enemy army uncounsious.
