What conditions do you need exactly to get a lord to marry you?

For whatever reason, even with high renown and relations no lord wants to marry me, excluding martial/upstanding ones. What do I need to do?

Each personality has its requirements.
- Some will NEVER marry a warleader, no matter what.
- Some will not accept a dishonorable woman
- Some will not marry someone more renowned than them
- Some look at the lady's stats, and make sure that she is not more brawny than ladylike.

It is perfectly possible that your character's stats, renown and honor have made her undesirable to many lords. If it is the upstanding and martial ones that fawn over her, she seems to have evolved into an honorable, renowned warrior.

More power to her... she probably does not want some quarrelsome wimp anyway.

I'm pretty low level, 17 strength, only 150 renown and a small amount of honor. I assume the latter is my problem?

Actually your 150 renown is most likely the problem. 150 renown is quite bad, try and get it up to atleast 400-500 before marrying

Also about 20 honor should do it, that's quite easy to get. Just deny blood money and things like that

I gave myself 2400 renown and no one wanted me either, so I doubt its that.

By the way, the best husband by far is a martial city owner. Is there a reason you are trying to marry someone cunning, let alone one of the аssноlе types?

I wasn't even aware you could marry the martial types. Simply put I've never even attempted marriage as a female before.

Some Lords only accept a woman from a nobel family, some do not care about it.
First thing to do :
Talk to all the Lords and ask them about "cement the alliance to their house", see who will accept you. Even some likes you if they already have a girlfriend ..... look for another one.
Second thing to do :
Improve your renown and the relationship with a Lord who accept you and you also likes him..
When your relationship have reach a certain point, talk to him during a feast or inside a castle/town and ask him to marry you.
As a female our choices are very limited.
