A World of Ice and Fire Mod - Red Wedding
When this quest comes up, it asks you to side with either the Freys, or the Starks. Are there any benefits/consequences to choosing either?
Thanks.

I chose Starks and Rob Stark died. Maybe if you chose Frey someone else will die instead. I don't know for sure though.

I chose both (by saving/reloading), and he dies in both. Relationships don't seem to change regardless of who you choose...

Does anyone know if there's a way to prevent/influence the Red Wedding outside of the prompt? I don't remember this happening in an earlier version of the mod.

Well it just worked for me and i have no clue how it did. Im now 30 days past the red wedding and rob stark is still around.

When I got the raven about the wedding, I went to the twins about 4 days later with 100 men. We killed all the camp and then wiped out the keep. Stark was fighting with me and I made sure no one gott near him.

My situation was, I was unaligned with my own castle in Essos, had high rep with Robb stark and a few points with The North. My faction was westeros and had made a truce with Tywinn Lannister early in the game. Also dont know if this had anything to do with it, but Daenerys Targaryen had just taken Dragonstone the day of the wedding.

Robb can be saved if you chose stark, you just have to do the almost impossible task of protecting him when you get inside the keep.

Looking to get some help here - I just did the red wedding and I sided with stark and I saved Robb Stark. I know for certain that he survived because he killed the 2nd last soldier so i saw it clearly on the screen before the battle ended. However after the wedding he's still dead and roose bolton still takes over? Any ideas/ advice?

I end the quest "Winter is Coming" after the Red Wedding. Can i continue the main history? I dont know where I take the next quest, Robb must give it to me...

Jon doesn't, but you can, the players can. Raise an army and attack the Boltons, creating your own version of the Battle of Bastards. Have some Knights of the Vale with you too and Stark bannermen, other northerners etc. I will be doing this.

so i have played at least 10 games up to this point . in the last one robb lived and did not die i was shocked . what happened next was frey was kicked out of the river lands and forced to join the westerlands and so was roose . it converted the holding they had over to westerlands

How successful were you? I really want to do this myself, but you know, with more lords joining me. Also I probably won't have the wildlings with me, nothing against them but they are not good in pitched battles. I also managed to get Sansa to marry me and I took the Stark name. I'm thinking about starting my own kingdom and just getting northern lords to join me. Is there a way to still be a part of The North and revolting against Roose with other lords joining me?
