In all seriousness, download the mod, extract it until it looks like a legitimate module folder, and plop that into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MountBlade Warband\Modules if you're on windows. If you're on mac, just follow the steam path until you get to the same place. That's how you manually install mods, it's actually really simple compared to some other games.

Yes, they're safe. :) Of particular note, in Winrar if you're extracting an archive that contains any files in it that have executable extensions they will be blocked from extracting by default. You change that feature in the security settings, IIRC. Mods won't generally have any of those, but some graphics mods and ENBs would include .dll extensions and those would qualify for default blocking from being extracted.
