Guildmasters can give you a quest that forces factions to make peace, altough I do not know if that works for your own kingdom.
I "think" you may still be able to get a quest from a Guild Leader in one of your towns, or theirs... , to end the war. You can definitely get this quest when you're just a Lord.
You may also be able to talk to one of your Lords, or theirs (or their King, directly) to end the war.
And, of course, you can continue to use your Minister to attempt to send diplomats/envoys to your enemy.
Note: There's a minimum "at war" period when a faction first enters a war. Before that period is up, there can be no peace between involved factions. There's also a minimum "peace" where war can not be declared by the AI once peace has been established.
(Thirty days? Ten Days? I forget. It's worth noting that because of the way the in-game timer works, some mods can inadvertently change this when setting up timers for other events, resulting in periods that seem to be "always at war" or "wars are too short." I thinks its a hex code in the simpletriggers file for the mod, but I don't have the code at hand, just in case that's causing your issue.)
Additional Note: To be honest, after you get a period of peace and have fixed whatever was going on in your kingdom that required you to sue for peace in order to get the time to take care of it... Well, things are pretty darn boring without a bunch of war going on. :) And, if you want a war before the timer's up, you're going to have to go out and pick a fight. :D

That's why I still never conquered calradia even after my 400+ hours
You, and most other people. Winning takes patience, planning and practice (for me, anyway).
OP, you've heard about the diplomatic options, but when that's not enough, putting their King into your prison usually cinches it. Smashing their biggest armies helps.
Otherwise, you wait it out. "Peacetime" never lasts for long in Calradia.
Two of the four factions are sending armies that are still relatively strong into my lands, the rhoddocks who are some of my least favorite guys to fight entered the war a few weeks ago.
"I Can't mom the Nords keep attacking my lands"
What's your right to rule? 30+ and apperantly they "won't" bother you as much, however I don't believe this tbh, If you have land near their land they'll probably dislike you.... if the factions think your weak they'll attack you, bassicly anything you do they'll attack you...
