Then other and a other now i am at war with 4 kingdoms i want make peace with them so i can continue with the war with the first kingdom i am at war with,

Everytime I try ask for peace king just tells me good then trip over sword and make peace with everyone then or something like that... every kingdom i talk to just repeats like same line over.

They are telling to go kill yourself so that they are free of you. It means that they hate you.

You have a few ways of making peace, but none is easy or guaranteed. Here are a few:
1) Check with the mayor in the capital - every three game months or so, he will have a quest that will let you make peace by convincing one of your lords to stop opposite the peace process, and by beating up an enemy lord and imprisoning him. To be honest, in some mods that quest does not works for kings, so I am not sure you'll have it available in Viking Conquest.
2) Appoint your wife or a companion as prime minister, then talk to her, and choose to send an envoy. For best results, send a companion of noble birth and high persuasion. This is not guaranteed to work, especially if the war has not been going for that long.
3) Kick your enemies' аsses so bad that they sue for peace.
4) Just wait, and the RNG will eventually make an enemy kingdown offer a truce.

But at the end of the days, you cannot hope to make peace with everyone, or even most. You better be tough enough to actually beat everyone, at once.

I have been beating the crap out of this one kingdom but they still don't want peace there lords only have like 100 men very few of them do and rest only have like 60 men now left and they just keep trying to loot my villages still they don't want peace.

the other 3 kingdoms some of them pretty tough almost lost to few of there lords kingdom next to me just went to war with me and me and king relations is 69. Well i will try but lot of them are scared of my growing power reason why they went to war with me

Go to conversations go to edit at the top of the screen click find paste this then find where the -10 is change that to -100 it then gives you the option of peace cause that's the limit for how much they like you for saying that phrase for all of the kings saying it
