The first advice and:
Skirmish with lords who have small armies (ones you could highly overhelm) and if you want to end the peace there is a quest that could be given by a guildmaster to end the war sooner or later.
Since you're in Swadia try talking to any guildmaster in any of the kindom's towns and see if they have that certain quest else try the enemy factions towns the guildmasters of the two warring factions would be the ones to give you the quest.
It involves talking to two vassals of the two factions that currently are waging war with one another if you can 'persuade' them to do as you advice days later there would be peace ensued.
Try to defeat enemy lords that have smaller forces or less experienced troops, especially in terrain that favors your cavalry.
In general, Swadia is going to be in a pretty bad fix in this sitution. They're easily attacked on multiple fronts. If you want to help the kingdom, spend some time patrolling in the backfield, hunting down small armies led by fast-moving, opportunistic enemy Lords.
There will probably be a castle or town being sieged, here and there, so jump in to defend it when you can make a difference.
I don't attack enemy villages because of the negative honor and rep hits. If you don't mind these penalties, then go for it. (Reducing the prosperity of their fiefs will have a small effect on their ability to support a large army, but it's not a huge hit. It's more effective in allowing you to generate a good amount of cash if you need it than anything else.)
Team up with friendly Lords when you're able and help them when it's possible. You'll get good +Rep with them.
If you're at the end game and you have more feifs than all the other factions, get ready for a huge war vs everyone. My advice for this is to target the weakest faction of the much and get rid of them.
Focus on joining battles you can win or would win anyway, for rep. Avoid iffy ones and go liberate the losing lords for better relations. Sometimes i let my allies lose to rescue them later. I know its a bad idea sometimes, but its really worth it, considering i like being king asap.
