How long does it take to starve out a castle?
I have sieged this castle for more than 30 days. In fact it's about 35 days now. And they still won't give up. I don't have the troops for a wall invasion. I've starved out another castle and they gave up about 3 days after having no food. Also is there anyway to get food for my party without the castle getting new supplies? Thanks!

in my experience the siege mechanic in this game is woefully unrelaible
sometime they surrender and sometime a garrison of 10 refuse to give up to an attacking force of 3000.

just assault it and if you dont have the troops for it ignore it.

Starving out castles is unreliable, at best. It's more random than anything else. But, IIRC, their ability to get supplies is tied to the wealth of the attached village, so if you raid that, you may get a better (shorter time) result.

I've never starved out a castle, so I really have no experience doing it. There's no point, really, since fighting siege battles is a heck of a lot of fun.

Sometimes in real life a small group refuses to surrender when faced with overwhelming odds then the attacking force kills them all. That's how things go.

Thnks for the responses. I'll remember that the tactic is pretty unreliable. Fingers crossed for some better castle starving out or other ways of killing a garrison other than full out assault in Bannerlord!
