No Sea Raiders
In one of my saves, I have tried running up and down the coast probably over a dozen times, and have never found the Sea Raider landing. I've encountered maybe one or two Sea Raiders in all those times as well. I have never destroyed the landing in this file, and do not have the mission to destroy it.

Is this a known bug, or do I just have bad luck?

In my playthrough, when I have a giant party - everybody hides. Perhaps you're too 1337 for them. Then again, I just started playing and this is my observation.

I do have over 50 units, but this is the only save where I haven't seen any Sea Raiders. I've had 80 units before and found them like normal.

There are two general areas where the sea raiders make their hideout. Most of the time, is on the Nord coast, somewhat southwest of Sargoth. But every once in a blue moon, it will be between Wercheg and Rivacheg, often very far from the coast.

And unless you have great spotting, as in the party skill, you need to be quite close to see it.

What you're describing sounds like something from a different game to me, Tuidgy.

I've only ever seen Sea Raiders camp along the coast by Rivacheg - either right close to the town or futher up towards the village of Ruvar. The whole North coast is typically swarming with them. No matter how many times I take the quest to raid their camp, it just moves between those two spots.

I'm talking about vanilla Warband, of course.

My guess would be that you aren't close enough to the coast OP. Do your searching during daylight for better results. Improve spotting, follow any Sea Raiders you do spot, etc.

No Sea Raiders definitely sounds very strange to me.

I've never found it along the Sargoth coast in over 100 saves. It's always up by Rivacheg for me. But I've checked around there too, I checked everywhere with a coast. I couldn't find it anywhere.

Also, I have 1 spotting and Borcha with 4 spotting.

That's pretty much what I did. Both near and far from the coast with 5 combined spotting during the day.

Tuidjy is correct. I have also seen the sea raiders landing point both just west of Rivacheg and in the vicinity of Sargoth. This is in Native.
