i tried medieval conquest its always stuck on loading textures it only worked once and never again ... i never tried anno domini..... i tried clash of kings its based on game of thrones i never liked the show :P also tried deus vult i had fun but the mod felt unfinished and i hated that ur companions have max lvl any other mods ?

yeah napoleonic wars is great but i thought we were talking about medieval mods, and i didnt say it's the best i said it's one of the best.

I dislike the raider scum as well, which is why I love playing Viking Conquest, intercepting their ships, slaughtering their war bands, and I burning down their excuses for castles.

In one of my playthroughs, I was playing a Pagan set on revenge. I would not hold land, I would just keep an army in my refuge, and every few months, I would 'visit' each of the three viking kingdoms. I would assault the city from the harbor, take it, leave the rescued prisoners in garrison, go to each castle, burn it down, and then go back to the city, and sail away, leaving it undefended.

Let me tell you, the bаsтагds weren't seen on Albion very often :-)
