Warband - Error loading postFX shaders

Hello, after a system format Warband stopped working.

I launch the game. Menu shows up. Press play, intro shows up. Intro ends. Game attempts to start, instead an error pops up.

"Error loading postFX shaders:
Make sure you have the latest DirectX Runtime Library Installed.
Return Code: -2147024703"

I installed and re-installed DirectX from Microsoft as well as from the game directory, nothing works.

Lenovo Y700
- Windowws 10 Home 64-bit
- i7-6700HQ 2.60GHz
- DirectX Version: DirectX 12 (According to DirectX Diagnostic Tool)
- 8gb ram
- Nvidia GTX 960M

If I switch to DirectX 7 (rather than 9) in the game options, it can't load faceshaders instead.

Hope someone can help me, love the game :(
