'No network connection' for an inn.

I have an Inn sitting right next to a network cable, which is attached to a capacitor, which is right next to an uplink. They are all really close-by. Why does my Inn keep going red/black and claim 'no network connection'? - Is this because the inn is full (200/200)? and it doesn't have a unique message at the moment?

I believe the inn will be full and create bugs. I'm not a dev at all but I fixed my issue by placing an additional inn and/or upgrading the one I had to a bigger inn with higher capacity and the issue stopped.

The no network connection seems to be a stand-in for buggy buildings. As in, if your building has too many people or too many bugs, it will not connect.

That is my experience, anyway.
