Gone from desktop

I've been using the game for about a week, and everything was working fine at first. However, since yesterday, the character no longer appears on my desktop after launching the game.

Only the gift box appears, but clicking on it does not allow me to claim or receive the item.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, as well as verifying the integrity of the game files, but the issue still persists.

I'm playing on a gaming laptop.
