White Screen problem

Hi, when i start the game the character appears on a whiteground, i can interact with everything but it doesnt show up, does anyone know how to fix it? Im a windows 11 user.

this also happened for me, always happens when i run the game for the first attempt i just close and open the game and its back to normal.

but im not sure, im on windows 10 dont know if that affects anything
