Possible Character sharing system?

Even when Im worried about the keystore count little controversy, I still believe in this proyect and would like to request a little feature:

A character ID system that would allow us to share our created characters with friends and others so that we only have to type in the ID or key to download the design they created instead of recreate it from scratch
