Can someone say how to unlock sandbox mode?

I can teleport around on the title screen and make a TV appear, but I can't get further than that. Are Index controllers supported?

Alot of glitches, Story mode height, you are too tiny, this annoys me You can glitch easily out of world with crouching, or going under another pavement. I know it's not officially support (Oculus Quest), but is there any way we can re-map buttons on the controller in-game? I push the A button to try to teleport, but nothing happens. I've tried re-mapping with Steam, but that didn't help either. I can see everything just fine and can go through the tutorial until the move section. I really want to play the game, but I'm stuck in the intro. Anyone know a way?...
