How do I get the okatsu transformation?

You need to beat her Dojo mission, the one that unlocks the Ninjitsu mystic art. You need to have 20 Dex and finish a cetain mission ( will edit which once I remember the name of the mission) to unlock the Dojo Mission.

Alternatively you could grind some glory and buy a respec book or two, respec, do the mission, and then respec back (provided you aren't happy with your first respec)

You'll likely also have a lot of grinding for glory too. 100k glory (before discounts from the clan war results).

I just finished my glory grind earlier tonight.
