Question about the female transformations in the game

Ok first off are they perm transformations or until you die, secondly can I use all the weapons and armor I currently have and will it have its own appearance on the female character or will armor and weapons be hidden?

Transformations are permanent until you change to another one or back to William. They're cosmetic so they only replace your armor visually. You still get the stats of your equipped armor. Your currently equipped weapons will show regardless of transformation.

The transformations aren't available immediately. You have to unlock the Hidden Teahouse and then unlock the character transformations through story progression. Also, the female transformations are ridiculously overpriced (unless that was changed). Thankfully we're on PC and can likely just cheat to get enough currency to buy the transformations.
