Hi, i've done everything but one i'm in the store front and try and use snowball i get a loud ping sound like i cant use him. I'm stuck now and cant get the fluid lighter.

It means you forgot to do something... Do you have the lighter or/and the oil? Did you read the book in the archieves room?

Hi, yes i have the lighter , oil and read the book. it's the new version so it looks a bit different than all the other videos i see on youtube. I go to the storefront and dont see the crack in the wall. if i open the door to go down she says its too dark but i also cant send snowball.

That's strange... Also, I'm sorry for my late answer, did you found the problem? If not, I'll do the game again to find it.

No I never found the issue. im thinking of uninstalling and redoing it since it wasnt too far into the game.
