I'm trying to figure out this game. I know how the mechanics work, but why have customers yell at me for something I didn't unlock yet? (Detergent) Then when detergent was unlocked, ALL others were and I didn't have the money to get it, but people kept coming in yelling that it's so green (grass), etc. So, I'll try it again soon. Cute game. Couple things I think could improve the experience: its hard to determine if an item is stained or it's just the fabric style as it's like a watercolor art style. I have to wash something like 4 times just to be sure. Also, some customers still complain about something being dirty or not folded etc even though they're at 100 percent happiness when I give them the items.
