In-built Cheat Console as of 1.2?
Hi Hackers!

Apparently the Devs have added an in-built Cheat Console as of Patch 1.2.

[From Website: System Shock (2023) - The Cutting Room Floor]
"The 1.2 update added a hidden cheat menu which can be accessed when outside of Cyberspace by pausing the game, then holding Ctrl+Tab and clicking on the small triangle in the center of the TriOptimum logo. It is unknown if the cheats menu can be accessed using a controller.
Using the cheats menu disables achievements, to re-enable simply exit to the main menu."

Now I've tried to get the thing up and running [because I find it completely unplayable] but to no avail. Holding Ctrl-Tab just flickers between Steam and System Shock.

So...the Cheat Console is completely redundant for Steam Users..?

Has anyone used the in-built Cheat Console successfully from Steam? Please post if you have..! :shodan:

You likely changed your steam overlay hotkey combo from the default shift+tab to ctrl+tab.
[UPDATE] Having re-read The Cutting Room Floors' Landing Page, the Cheat Console APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN REMOVED...
