It hasn't released.
I hope it will be good, the description on the GoG storefront page seems promising, but at the moment it's wait and see and hope that the trailers we've so far seen are early builds and it will be worked on a lot more, if it's going to be a KEX engine conversion then hopefully more KEX features will be present, alongside some more HD stuff that we can already play with in the mods that are freely available for SS2.
Also i’m not trashing the dev. Thank you for all your hard work on keeping this important series alive.

But Nightdive being silent and a bit poor on communication isn't exactly new, they've never been known for good communication skills (some of it is understandable though, like NDA stuff, trying to deal with IP and publishers behind locked doors, of course another part of lack of communication is probably just that it's not where they focus on)
