Locked Room on Executive Level

I'm trying to get into these marked rooms, has anyone figured out how to get in them? It just shows they are locked. There are also some other rooms in the upper right of the map that I haven't marked I would also like to know if it's possible to get into those. https://imgur.com/a/VKSlCxH

As far as I'm aware, no. It wasn't accessible in the original and I didn't find any way to open it myself in the remake.

What about that north door on the flight deck. It's at the very top of the map on the level with skully.

According to in-world station specs, there is a mall and lots of additional residential areas behind those doors. They didn't model them in the game, but it is an answer to the question "where do all the people sleep".
