How do I open that door on flight deck?
It's in the north section, left of the blue elevator, 2nd floor with the shuttle. Says it's not functional.

As always, screenshots would be helpful to illustrate the issue you are facing.

You don't. When a door says "not functional" it will never open, even if there's a detour that'll get you to the other side.

On the opposite side of the room behind a green door is the skull.

This is the first non functional door I've found that doesn't have another side. Strange.

It's normal, there are many such doors in executive, it was probably reserved for guys who payed 10000$ on kickstarter with their portraits :maxout::Fistofdosh:

Well that's going to trigger my ocd, especially since it shows as an orange line on the map.

Nothing of interest behind that door, only a couple drink cans, skeleton and a computer:

How'd you get in? No clip?

There were doors inaccessible in the original game as well, should be no surprise here.
