Relay 428

Hello everybody,
I'm stuck in maintenance level after using relay analyzer... I know that's the 428 but i don't find it. I travelled all maintenace zones (Delta, Gamma and Beta) many times but nothing...No relay marked "Error". Is exists a bug with that or i've missed something?

There's 4 maintenance zones to check, one for each cardinal direction of the map. If you've only checked 3, you still have one left.

In plot difficulty 1 or 2, the broken relay is always in the west side maintenance area. In plot 3, the location is randomized. But yes, there are 4 maintenance areas, you're missing one.

Like people said, there's 4 zone. Also to make your life simpler, it's obviously marked...like if you look at every other relay, you'll see all modulators light up green. In 428 i think it's either dark, empty socket or glowing red...forget which. But its obvious.

Did you put the 428 code into the machine?

After that, there is nothing "marked error", there is simply a chip/card that is fried and must be replaced.

I think it might be randomized on Mission Difficulty 2 as well. I got lucky during my first playthrough and found it in the west quadrant, but I've found it in the north and south quadrants in my second and third playthroughs respectively.

You're right, i'd missed the Alpha zone and the broken relay was there....I had to change my glasses :) Many thanks for your answers all !

You'd be forgiven. I missed it during my second playthrough because I didn't have a close enough look. The 'error' text has a maximum distance at which it will render, meaning you have to get up close and look carefully at all of them to make sure.

IN GAMMA QUAD there are 2 relays that do NOT connect to the rest of the walls so you miss them if you follow the walls, there are in the middle check there
