Altair Outfit not showing up in inventory

I understand uplay was shut down, but it still says on the ubisoft uplay store that I have the altair outfit unlocked for ac brotherhood. However it is not in my inventory in the game.

Hey SO1 Larp,

Following the shutdown of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood's online services last October, Ubisoft Connect rewards cannot be accessed anymore.
