AC Brotherhood Temple of Juno Bug

Hello! Will someone be able to help me with this? I've been stuck on this part where Desmond and the gang are trying to get the Apple in the Temple of Juno but when the platforms were raised I can't seem to move anywhere. I don't know what else to do. I have already tried restarting my game and my laptop but still cannot get pass through this.

Have you tried looking for a video walkthrough for the section of the game you are up to? If you could provide a video clip of yourself playing and having a look around, it may help us or someone else to see exactly where you are and what you are needing to do.

I'm having this bug as well, the stairs will raise and it'll just be a top view of the gang and I can't move.

Unfortunately, as these game is no longer receiving updates, we're limited in what we can do here.

Could you please try verifying the game's files[ubi.li] to see if there's any change?

And are you running the game at anything higher than 60fps?

Otherwise, I'd advise using an earlier / new save to see if the same bug prevents you from progressing.
