End of game bug for colliseum

Hi guys
So, I finished sequence 9 and got back to Desmond part. After the whole team discuss about the number 72 and Lucy said "Shaun get the van" the game just automatically exit or it crash. I have tried many ways like "disable Uplay in-game overlay" or "Turn on V-synch" or "reinstall the game". The only way I haven't try is limit the game access to core (since I don't know how to do it). I have look for a solution but I cannot find any.
Please help me to fix this.

I copy and pasted that from a video i found, but im having similar problems. I even tried changing the compatibility mode to windows 7. I tried literally everything.

I had to play ac brotherhood twice, first time I was so close to finishing it but my save file got corrupted, I really hope I can finish this as up to Unity, this is the only one that I have not completed yet.
