ps5 controller

Ive tried ds4 windows and the steam controller support which both work but it seems only randomly, does anyone know a surefire way of having the ps5 controller be recognized when the game launches?

I think I found way, it has worked 3 times in a row at least. step 1 is to close both steam and ubisoft connect, step 2 is to open ds4 windows and select in settings "hide ds4 controller" then connect the controller. after this open both ubisoft connect and steam and then start brotherhood and it should work.
