is there no cloud save on this game ? how to fix it ?

Brotherhood is the one of the few (but not only!) AC games not to support cloud game syncing. See this Reddit post and this Ubisoft Forums post[forums.ubisoft.com] for details.

It's silly also because AC2 does support it.

When Uplay syncs files for ACB, it's merely syncing achievement progress.

The only way to grab a previous save would be to copy that save game. The save game directory is here (see PCGamingWiki[www.pcgamingwiki.com]):

%USERPROFILE%[www.pcgamingwiki.com]\Saved Games\Assassin's Creed Brotherhood\

Or, in other words:

C:\Users\(Username)\Saved Games\Assassin's Creed Brotherhood\

Where "(Username)" is the name of your user folder for your user account in Windows.

Otherwise, feel free to grab yourself a 100% completed save game from Saves For Games[savesforgames.com], and just use memory replay to replay from where you were.

No worries. Yeah, I don't think Ubisoft are going to make any changes to this anytime soon, but - hey - maybe if enough people pester them[support.ubisoft.com], then someone might consider.
