Stuck at the end of sequence one

Hi, so I'm a dumbass and I started a training when the first mission in sequence 2 started. And now I'm stuck in the animus. Just standing there, can't move, can't access the first memory of sequence 2... is there any way to fix this or will I have to start the game all over? I tried doing the last part of sequence 1 again but it's still the same.

Thank you for reporting that to us, we're sorry to hear that's occurred.

If there's no way to back out or progress, then unfortunately you may indeed need to start over with a new save. I'm not sure there is any way to retrigger the start, as it sounds like you have done all you could to force this.
