Assassin's Creed Brotherhood weird judder/mini-stuttering vsync FIX
It took me a long time to figure that what was the problem. Just put vsync on in the game & limit the framerate to 60fps in Rivatuner that come with Afterburner. If you have a strong Graphic card you end up with this issue.

There's another easy solution if you're using NVIDIA. Go to the NVIDIA Control Panel and navigate to 3D Settings --> Manage 3D settings: Search for AC Brotherhood and set "Vertical sync" to "Adaptive". You can disable Vsync in the game options afterwards. Adaptive Vsync means that where the game would stutter/set fps to 30, it will disable Vsync really short and then turn it back on. You might only notice small tearing for a split second or nothing at all.

Thanks for this. It's the only method I've tried that has succeeded.

it will always be relevant. since the ACB and ACR ports are unoptimized garbage that refuses to work with new operating systems and components, this is how people from the very beginning are interested in "Where is the port from the PS4, why didn't it come out on the PC?!" this is especially true now that the games are disconnected from the server and broken by the latest patches. I hope someday Ubisoft will change its priorities and think about the fans instead of thinking about money.
