File to obtain the Medici and Venetian capes in AC Brotherhood

Where do I begin? Thanks to a mod from Nexus Mods, I was able to modify a DataPC.forge file using AnvilToolkit to unlock the Medici and Venetian capes. Unfortunately, the changes don’t stick in the save file. I even tried editing it with a hex editor, but nothing worked. If you uninstall the game, it’s as if the process never happened. So I’m attaching the file in case someone can figure out a solution and tell me how to make the modification permanent in the save.
