Raiden outfit can't be unlocked

I finished all VR trainings on silver/gold medals, when I start the game it says: "New outfit unlocked" but when I go to the outfit menu it still only says: "Locked" :(

Hey there Bloo, thanks for reaching out about this. I understand you've faced issues with the Raiden outfit not unlocking :( Sorry about this!

We've had a few reports of this from other players recently. Brotherhood is one of our older games that is no longer in active development, so we're unfortunately not able to fix the issue on our end.

Can you clarify for me which platform and version of Brotherhood you are playing? In most cases, even when issues present for multiple players, they can often still be fixed with local troubleshooting, so once I know which platform you are playing on, I'll be able to suggest some solutions.

(To be clear, although we're discussing this on the Steam forums, I see that this issue is mostly present for players on Switch via the Ezio Collection, so I didn't wish to assume )

Let me know if I can clarify this at all!

My game on Switch has the Raiden outfit unlocked, and then relocked with no way to access it again.

This is a known issue on the Switch version, and it's a new release, there's gotta be a way to fix it, yes?

I've just experienced this on Switch as well. I was looking forward to free roaming after the game was beaten. Is there really no way to fix the bug on the Ezio Collection?

Apologies for such a late response and sorry to hear it Raiden outfit in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood has locked again on your Nintendo Switch.

Please note, we support the Steam PC versions of Ubisoft games in these forums.
For Nintendo Switch issues, you may need to try the Nintendo support forum.

Do you have access to the game on a different platform to check of this outfit is available?

I'm not 100% sure but this outfit may have been only a temporary feature, as a cross-promotion, and has been removed from the game after it expired.

Have you played the Metal Gear series on the same Nintendo account that you have linked with your Ubisoft account?
