Da Vinci Dissapearance Map Puzzle Issue

So i'm on a laptop and the home key is binded to 7 and I found out how to rotate them without using the keys, which is having a map piece below th word rotate and keep clicking until they are rotated. All except one piece is rotated correctly, and I can't drag it to rotate like the other ones since there is no map piece there and if I drag one there just to rotate that piece the other one is rotated incorrectly. Anyone got a solution?
