What kind of Sound Setup are you using? For instance, Stereo or Surround. Are you using headphones or speakers?
The first thing we'd advise, if you haven't already, is verifying the game files. This will check for missing corrupt files and replace them. You can do this through the steps in the guide here

I tried with my Logitech G533 and another Bose Headset same issue
i've set the volume to 1 in game, same issue
