Outdated Uplay problem

when I open AC Brotherhood I'm met with the outdated UPlay thing and it won't let me create an account the register button wont work I'll press it but it does nothing so I thought "maybe it did work but didn't do anything" so I tried logging into an account that I thought I created just to be met with a internet error even though my wifi was perfect so I pressed the offline button and it said "U must play online before u can go offline" so I'm stuck and have no Idea on what to do

You don't use the "oudated UPlay thing", but rather you fetch the Ubi$oft's current launcher/store, called UbiSoft Connect[ubisoftconnect.com] and install it. And form that point onwards see if your previous account creation still works in hteir latest launcher/store. And if it does, simply install AC: Brotherhood from there.

Fyi side note: Although let me also inform you that you've somewhat reached this party a tad too late. Ubi$oft stopped their dedicated game's server support[www.ubisoft.com] for this Assassin's Creed (AC) title and quite a couple other older ones in the last October (please see link inside for the accurate list).
But if you want to experience any of that game's DLC's that you've probably paid and now won't be able to use, you'll have to seach for saves that contain those already activated.
