Can't access UPlay rewards
Anybody else has problems accessing the UPlay rewards for this game? Works for every other game, but this one. I know this is the steam forum not the UPlay one, but I though I might aswell ask here if someone had a similiar issue. Sadly that means I can't access Da Vincis Dissapearance DLC since you need to activate that through the UPlay rewards :/

I have the same problem.I have in ubisost game launcher are not counted rewards,which was opened by progressing through the game.In other games, too, everything is fine.Many times I have re-installed the game and launcher to solve it,and then in the launcher when you open the details about the game appeared a constant circle load and in the main menu of the game when you press on uplay says The connection to the server could not be established,and uplay within the game are missing the tab with the actions and rewards and when launching a game through steam then uplay launches and it does not say sync your saved games,in other games it is written,and after exiting the game is not showing error sync the saved games,other games shows.I have in the multiplayer of Assassin's Creed 3 says limited mode.Ubisoft services unavailable.

Yeah I have the exact same problem. Which is a shame cause that means I can't access the Da Vinci Dissapearance DLC. :/

Rewards can be activated this way:in ubisoft game launcher,where uplay points and experience level,click on your nickname,choose my club profile,then edit profile.The site opens on which all statistics with the actions and rewards and can activate there.

Holy crap, I had the same exact problem happening to me few weeks ago for the first time! With the never ending circle and inability to access my Rewards or Actions or pretty much anything. It's the only game that started having this problem on Uplay.

I even contacted support and they even had to log into my account to confirm it. Haven't had it fixed ever since nor have I heard from them.

I also had to unlock my rewards through the Uplay website and ask support (again) to give me my "Completionist" and "Show me the money" badge because it also didn't activate for ACB.

Looks like someone or something has been ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with the ACB servers lately.. or we're just one of the few unlucky. xD

Uplay has been updated and solved the problem.Now this discussion can be closed.

What If I tell you, that I bought the game Inside the Uplay App and it does not register it in my Club profile.

Same. I have unlocked the rewards on uplay, but I cant equip any of the outfits in the game... rip

Ubisoft support said to me on Twitter, that becuse they shut down the servers, you can't acces any Uplay Club content, Achievement, Reward, Online services.

They basically killed the best AC game in the series, without telling it to anyone. 20 Euros down the drain, I suppose.

Same here, Multiplayer is also grayed out whenever i try to access it it says servers are not availbale.. however i tried to contact ubisoft support and telling me to do some port forwarding ♥♥♥♥ (which i've done) and right after that they just give up on me leaving me with no solation..and the main reason of me buying this game was the multiplayer.. Also Achivements and cloud save does not sync whenever i start?close the game. Anyone know what the heck is going on with ACB???

When I click on Games in Uplay, at the top you see the bars first then News>then games scroll down My Games> AC brotherhood click on it >club rewards.
