No because you soon wont be able to access DLC. I think you shouldn't pay for this kind of actions from this company just...PI...TE the game :)

Wow, thank you for this.

So it's not just the multiplayer DLC which will disappear, but also the singleplayer content, for example The Da Vinci Disappearance?

That's correct.

How sad. This videogame is being destroyed, no preservation.

Is "The Copernicus Conspiracy" also part of DLC or of the main game?

Yeah, I thought that was kind of ridiculous. They should repackage all of the legacy singleplayer content into a single sale item on Steam as the deluxe edition will soon essentially be defunct - and the worst part is that I'm sure it'll remain available for sale.

The best thing for gamers would be to just include all the single player content in a free "final" update or something.

They never do that and that's on propose to cripple these games to promote purchase of newer crappier ones where they hope you spend all your time and money hopefully developing a gambling addiction as soon as possible so some executives can buy a few more yachts to sexually harass their employees on. It's the whole reason DRM exists, to restrict your use of the products you purchased so the company can extract the maximum amount of money out of you, but you're not that stupid to fall for it so go spend the money you saved on skipping Ubisoft games on getting actually good content complete fully offline ones that can never be taken from you from GOG. Can't go much lower than developers who kill their own games, can't wait for Ubisoft to go under, they shall burn in hell like they deserve.

I like their cute little note:

* Remastered version of the game is not affected (yet).

What a scummy company. I'll stay away from Ubisoft in the future. It's bad enough to kill the multiplayer in older games, but making single player DLC inaccessible should be illegal.

No, not anymore. DLC will be shut down also

I WANT MY MONEY BACK
You are taking back the DLC, I have the right to take my money back too you suckers!

My Depression is Pushing me to Su**** Because of Ubisoft Revoking DLC
I really don't feel well, my depression and anxiety are getting hold of me and it's all because of Ubisoft. Gaming was a way for me to escape pressure and depression, but thanks to Ubisoft, it's now something that made my depression even worse. I had so much memories with Assassin's Creed 3 (I only bought the Season Pass after the release of the Remastered Edition and for triple the price.), yet I still didn't even try out the DLC stuff in-game. Ubisoft has no conscience, they do not care what happens to people. They see their fanbase as some fat ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ buying every ♥♥♥♥ they release and give em and applause for their stupid decisions.

My man I never finished ac3, and they are removing DLCs I paid for. I will try to backup savegame save file or simply download pirated deluxe or whatever full version if backuping won't work. Just because some people don't play games soon as they come out it doesn't mean they are not playing them in the future. I still play games like aoe 1 original or some 90s games I never finished as a kid. Not one of them removed from my shelf or my library. Fckn scum ubisoft

That's exactly my case. Now we have to keep the games installed, because if we ever uninstall them, we lose our DLCs. Maybe we can store our DLCs or upload the whole game files somewhere. Maybe even give it to everyone so we teach Ubisoft a lesson.
