How the hell do you play the Da Vinci Disappearance DLC?

I went to the Ubisoft Club option in the Main Menu, and I already have a checkmark for all the extra content including this DLC.
I've already beaten the game.
But when I check on the map I don't have a marker to start this DLC where its supposed to be.
Any ideas?

Oh ♥♥♥♥ Ubisoft. All rewards marked with a checkmark above are NOT OPEN. I personally don't have any awards in the game, although in theory they should be

I'm having the same issue but with the AC2 rewards. The transition from UPlay to Ubisoft Connect has broken rewards. I raised a ticket and they told me to wait for a fix. No ETA so far.

I just launched the game and the problem is still present for me. The banner is still up on the support site as well. Did you do something to fix it?

Reward system has been broken for AC2, Brotherhood, Revelations and AC3 atleast month. These are the only games i have tested tho.

Having same problem here, finished game and now realise that none of the deluxe pack is registering, despite it all being indicated as purchased and activated on Ubisoft connect. They really have been having a bad month on this switchover

I have the same problem - I have finished 2 prerequisite memmories (specified by Ubisoft) and no DLC memory in Roma - even when finished all main and secondary memmories, there is nothing.

Hello everyone, i got similar issue as you. I also saw a dev message on the list of the chat from a month ago. So i made a ticket on their support to ask when they think it may be fix or if there is anything to do on our side. I'll update here if i got any answer.

When I spoke to support earlier this week they just said to watch the Ubisoft Support forums for an update. I’m not expecting it soon, so I’ve shelved my Ubi games until it’s fixed
