Arlekins vanished

I lernt the spots where they are and managed to defeat one. But, accidently, i finished chapter 3 and after that, they disappeared.

There seems to be a little confusion about when and where the Harlequins spawn.

Thank you to respond. I found the problem that cause this.
Somehow, If you use fast travel to get in area, where Arlekin must be, he won't spawn.

Yes, i got this now. If I won't use fast travel, they spawn normally.
