The Truth Cluster 10 resets

I just finished solving the last puzzle of The Truth... and all of the sudden the whole tenth segment resets, as if I haven't ever started solving it. I mean after I follow the red dots this one particular time I don't hear "quarantine lifted" and see the menu instead. Is it anyhow related to the fact that I've already finished the main plot and cannot leave the Animus anymore? Do you guys have any ideas how to deal with this issue?
