You could also consider in the open world genre:
Elden Ring
Witcher 3
Cyberpunk 2077
- Keep an eye on Skywind (a mod for Skyrim that will port Morrowind) Also, Morrowblivion is said to release next year which brings Morrowind to Oblivion.
Or smaller scale immersive sim games like:
Thief (2014) or Thief: Deadly Shadows
Black Mesa
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
System Shock remake
Metro: Last Light
Or 2D metroidvanias like:
Blasphemous
Ori and the Will of the Wisps
Ender Lilies
Vigil: The Longest Night
If you are tech savy enough to install some patches for bug fixes and compatibility and don't mind older/archaic game design you could also try:
Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines
Thief: The Black Parade mod for Thief 1
The Dark Mod (tons of user created maps for Thief)
Deus Ex: Invisible War
Upcoming:
Gloomwood
Fallen Aces
I said that because I looked at OP's game list and saw they had played those two Deus Ex games already and they seem to own but have not played Deus Ex MD.
Metro 2033 and Metro: Exodus are pretty decent as well.
Ori and the Blind Forest (Definitive Edition) is great but shorter and not as hard as the second game.
Hollow Knight might or might not be your cup of tea. Everyone seemed to like it. I haven't played it much myself though.
And lastly, if you have nostalgia for or you happen to like NES games I'd like to suggest one of the best metroidvanias ever made: The Guardian Legend. In my opinion this game beats even Rygar and Blaster Master.

You might want to skip Trine 3 - which is a buggy pseudo 3D mess. Unless you don't mind the game crapping out on a regular basis. I'd say Trine 2 is still the best one so far.
Thats what I would make mission priority one if I ever developed a game like the Darq guy (Another good one) Ensure the game flipping worked. I am so beyond tired of games that were bought, played repeatedly and brought back out like Prey here, because I'm in the mood to play them again and they give me a bunch of bs instead of entertainment.
