Maybe it is a reference of something we don't get?
have you tried lugging one to your office to see if anything happens?
We obviously know January, and can meet December, but in one of the late game logs, we are introduced to October....
Future DLC maybe?
1. Insert component A in left port
2. Insert component B in right port
3. .....
4. Profit!
Awsome movie, and my first introduction to the hotness known as Sandra Bullock.
Sandra Bullock in a uniform* ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
In Speed she was okay, but as a peace officer ... I'm doing a champ effort resisting all of the arrest puns I can think of off the cuff.

One who I think would have really loved this game's story/setting: Philip K. ♥♥♥♥
If you've not heard of him by now you've probably read/watched/played something inspired by his works in some way. The movie Screamers was a great influence of "creepy ♥♥♥♥ can be hiding in plain sight" in this style, the bear most of all. And, to a point without going too heavily into spoilers, Prey takes a bit of a theme from that movie's source material, the short story Second Variety.
