Hidden Achievements?

I have a total of 6 achievements left, 5 of them at hidden.
So far I killed everyone on the station, then another playthrough where I saved everyone. I know one of the hidden achievements I need is to die from the heilcopter at the very start of the game, something I've never figure out and then another one I got for saving everyone.

Someone was trying to say theres one with the chair test in the beginning? Anyway, I'm just wondering if people know what the other hidden achievements are.

Oh thanks! I guess they updated this recently! Last time I checked here they didnt have them.
