He seems to have been moved in a patch. He’s still in the GUTS, but up the other end now, on the way to the Arboretum exit. It’s quite likely you won’t miss him and need the tracker, he’s easier to spot now.

Holy crap, I have spent days trying to find him based on some bad, outdated Youtube videos. If I didn't head back toward the Arboretum I never would have found him. Gus, how'd you find out originally?

The videos may be misleading but it's really not that hard. He's been up in that conduit just before the weaver room for years now.

I used the tracker and found him easily. That usually works, especially if you are going for the achievements for finding everything. There are a few people who can't be found, but they don't count toward the achievements.

That he's been near-impossible to find for years on end doesn't make it better, it makes it worse. I haven't played Prey since making this thread, but at the time, the quest marker placed him somewhere he absolutely, definitely wasn't.
