Treasure Hunt side quest - missing map bug fixed?

I've run into a problem with the Treasure Hunt side quest that others have reported - I've found 3/4 maps, but the fourth, Emma Beatty's, is nowhere. I've found her, she died in the gym (which seems kind of odd, since I made a point of saving everyone, or so I thought), but there's nothing on her corpse. I resorted to making the quest active, just in case I was missing some part of it, but there's no marker. Is there any known fix or workaround, or is it possible to finish the quest without her map?

Bugged. Even if you enter the code you get a bad upgrade instead of the good one. New Game + and hope it doesnt break again. Good luck

Emma's map is buggy as hell. Not only can the map simply not spawn, I think she can take it with her when she disappears after rescue like other mind controlled humans, making it unobtainable.

To make sure you get the map, pick up the quest before going to the fitness center and be sure to loot her body before leaving the area. It should work then.

How is this still not fixed this many years later? Was it too much effort to just make the map downloadable from her workstation? Ffs

- If you kill Emma before you gain the quest the note will not spawn. However, if you look at a certain email on the terminal in the treadmill room, the quest can still be triggered. (Tested)

Yeah, i'm here in 2023 and i can't find her, or Kirk Remmer. This shouldn't be that hard to fix, but the developers obviously don't give a toss about the game.

I've played and replayed the game on every save slot at least twice and never experienced this bug. Considering there are like 5 people left at Arkane from this period and they're all planning their retirements right now and the minuscule probability of this happening, yeah, I would say there's no one around to give a toss about this.

The hard part about Beatty is keeping her alive. Other than that she works out just fine.
Remmer has to be special. Go get him specifically before doing anything else in that area and he works too.

Me neither. I have did around 5 runs, never had problems with this one sidemission.
